Diane's Steelhead Recipe
You'll come back for more when you try this recipe. If you like lobster, you'll like this!

Place potatoes, a large onion and tomatoes and 1/2 cup of salt (if you like them) in the bottom of the pan.

Fill with water up to the basket (strainer).

Brink to a boil.

Add fish (steelhead, salmon, trout fillets). It should steam in about 15 minutes.

Cook till done (it flakes when done).

Serve with butter.

Drain potatoes, onion, tomatoes, serve with fish.
The onion absorbs all the extra salt. The potatoes are excellent with the fish flavor. I normally don't use tomatoes. Serve potatoes with sour cream.
